Where is the event?

It's an online live stream class: register for the link to participate via Microsoft Teams. You'll receive the link to join the event in your booking confirmation email.

Is there an event replay if I miss it?

The replay video is available for 7 days after the event: you'll receive a replay link via email once it's available.

The video is added to the on-demand video library, so members receive ongoing access as part of their membership.

I'm bad at technology - will this stop me participating?

Microsoft Teams is a simple platform that doesn't require any extra apps or downloads. You simply click the link in the email confirmation and it will take you to the event. And if you get stuck, I'm available on 0434 914 490 up until the event starts.

Do I have to put my camera and microphone on?

If you're comfortable to, I'd love to see your face at the start and end. But it's optional. You will not be included in the recording playback, as I crop it to only show my screen.

I have an injury or I'm pregnant - can I participate?

Please consult a health care professional. If you're pregnant or are managing a condition, you may need modifications. Please let me know in advance at info@yogawithverity.com.au
