Personalised yoga sessions that integrate health and wellbeing into the context of your unique life.
Many of us think that yoga is typically run in group classes. But some of the oldest lineages of yoga were actually practiced one-on-one.
Below are some of the common reasons clients choose private yoga with Verity:
Chronic pain or injury
Trauma or mental health distress
Feeling self-conscious in a group
Beginners learning the basics
Accountability
Convenience of time and location
To develop a home program
When is Verity available?
Verity is currently available on weekdays, and part of the benefit of private yoga is finding a time that suits YOUR schedule!
Where are the sessions?
Verity has a small studio space in Rochedale South, and can also travel to your home on the Brisbane southside.
On Tuesdays, Verity has limited availability on the Brisbane northside near The Gap.
Key suburbs for private yoga on the southside include:
Rochedale and Rochedale South, Runcorn, Springwood, Daisy Hill, Eight Mile Plains, Sunnybank and Sunnybank Hills, Stretton, Macgregor, Wishart, Carindale, Mackenzie and surrounds.
How much does it cost?
The price is dependent on the number of participants. Since sessions are tailored for individuals or small groups, the price is higher than a standard group class.
However, lower rates are available for booking multiple sessions at once.
The best place to start is a quick intro call to understand your needs and relevant pricing. There's absolutely no obligation to proceed beyond the intro call.

Whether you're ready to start straight away, or still unsure if it's the right fit for you, the next step is to book a quick intro call to discuss.
