Group Yoga Bookings (The Gap and Rochedale)

The special intro offer 2 for 1 is for new students only and limited to one purchase per customer. This offer can only be used to book a customer's first 2 classes.

The 15% referral discount cannot be transferred or used by new students, as new students will receive the special intro offer 2 for 1 instead.

Packages: If you've purchased a class package and registered for a class, you can cancel your booking up to 2 hours prior to the event and use your class credit on a future date (unless the package expires during that time). No refunds. However, get in touch with Verity if you have unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

Drop-in class bookings: No refunds for drop-in classes are available. However, get in touch with Verity if you have unforeseen or extenuating circumstances.

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure booked sessions take place as agreed, however, Yoga with Verity reserves the right to change or cancel classes for any reason and at any time.

Private Yoga Bookings

For private yoga sessions, all dates for the applicable private yoga pack will be agreed in writing prior to the first session, unless agreed otherwise in writing between Yoga with Verity and the participant/s.

Once dates have been agreed, payment will be due prior to the first session. If payment is not received prior to the first session, Yoga with Verity reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session.

If the participant needs to adjust the scheduled dates for any private sessions, 10 business days’ notice (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) should be provided to Yoga with Verity in writing. This is critical where an external venue has been booked for the session. If inadequate notice is given, the participant may forfeit the right to reschedule the session or pay an additional fee for the cost of any external hired venue for that date. If there are unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, such as illness, that mean the participant needs to cancel a session at shorter notice, any fees relating to this session will be handled on a case by case basis.

Yoga with Verity will use reasonable endeavours to ensure booked sessions take place as agreed, however, Yoga with Verity reserves the right to change or cancel the dates for any reason and at any time.

Corporate Yoga Bookings

No refunds will be available for purchases unless there are unforeseen or extenuating circumstances which will be handled on a case by case basis. If a pre-planned session needs to be rescheduled by the client, 7 days minimum notice is required in writing (unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing). If minimum notice is not received, a $50 fee may apply. Yoga with Verity will use reasonable endeavours to ensure booked sessions take place as agreed, however, Yoga with Verity reserves the right to change or cancel the dates for any reason and at any time.

The space for conducting any corporate yoga services is to be provided by the client. There is no cap to the number of participants unless limited by the space chosen by the client. The client will need to supply voice amplification if required, for example use of a microphone if presenting to a large group. Yoga mats or towels to be supplied by the client or participants.

The invoice will be submitted for 100% payment upon commencement with 14 day payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fee for service does not include any additional expenses for parking and assumes the client will supply appropriate parking and access. Otherwise, parking expenses will be claimed as an additional fee for reimbursement.
