Welcome to this video to stretch and release all the nooks and crannies of your hips.

Our hips hold emotion and tense up when we come under stress. So in this video we'll get into the hip flexors, the iliotibial band, and explore both internal and external rotation of the hips. 

 

PROPS 

1x Bolster (or 2 pillows)

1x Strap (or belt/towel)

2x Blocks (or cushions)

1x Thick blanket
