Welcome to this vinyasa flow yoga practice to cultivate self-compassion.

I’ll be inviting you to focus on strengthening the back of your body so you can start opening the front of your body and particularly, the area around your heart space.

As always, I invite you to meet yourself where you are today, which is evermore relevant when we are actively practicing self-compassion.

See if you can find your appropriate edge point using curiosity and compassion rather than judgement and pressure.
