Welcome to this video to uplift your energy with breath of joy.

 

This practice energises and uplifts our mood, so it’s great if you’re feeling flat, or need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. You can also use it if you’re feeling anxious and over-stimulated to meet that energy where it is and then follow this practice with a slower, more grounding practice.

 

Unfortunately, this practice isn’t for you if you have glaucoma, high blood pressure or are pregnant.
