Tonight we’re exploring some of my favourite calming postures to prime your nervous system for relaxation. From here, you’ll be all set for a fabulous night’s sleep once your head hits the pillow later tonight.

To get really cosy and comfortable, you’ll need 2 pillows and an extra blanket or small pillow for your head.
