Welcome to this video to practice pause, presence and peace .
This is a 1.5 hour live event replay to help you balance the pace and pressure of modern living with deep restoration for your mind and body.
We start with some movement to meet our energy where it is, then slow down into floor-based stretches, finishing with restorative yoga and a guided yoga nidra meditation (including body scan).
We'll gently nudge your nervous system from states of anxiety, brain fog and burnout into calm, presence and connection.
Cosy up in your loungewear, light a candle and settle in!
PROPS
2x bed pillows (high-loft preferred or yoga bolster/s)
2x cushions (or yoga blocks)
1x large blanket
Pen and paper to jot down thoughts as they arise during or after the practice
Anything else to feel comfy! E.g. eye pillow, candle
