Nervous System Reset: Restorative Yoga & Guided Nidra Meditation

Join us online for a slow-paced session designed to reset your nervous system, guiding you from states of anxiety, brain fog and burnout into calm, presence and connection.

We'll start with gentle movement to discharge stress hormones and stuck energy that's accumulated.

Followed by pranayama breath techniques to regulate the nervous system and restorative yoga, which involves floor-based postures and lots of pillows and supports to help your body relax deeply.

Finally, finishing with a guided yoga nidra meditation to drop down into your slowest, most calming brain waves and integrate the experience in both body and mind.

Perfect for unwinding after a hectic day or just taking a peaceful pause.

All levels welcome.

FAQs

Where is the event?

It's an online live stream event: register for the link to participate live via Microsoft Teams. You'll receive the link to join the event in your booking confirmation email.

Is there an event replay if I miss it?

The replay video is available for 1 month after the event: you'll receive a replay link via email once it's available. Members have access ongoingly as part of their membership.

I'm bad at technology - will this stop me participating?

Microsoft Teams is a simple platform that doesn't require any extra apps or downloads. You simply click the link in the email confirmation and it will take you to the event. And if you get stuck, I'm available on 0434 914 490 up until the event starts.

Do I have to put my camera and microphone on?

If you're comfortable to, I'd love to see your face at the start and end. But it's certainly not required - completely optional.

I have an injury or I'm pregnant - can I participate?

Please consult a health care professional. This class should be suitable for most people, but if you're pregnant or are managing a condition, you may need modifications. Please let me know in advance at info@yogawithverity.com.au
