Nervous System Reset (1.5h Online Live Event)

Balance the pace and pressure of modern living with deep restoration for your mind and body.

This 1.5 hour live online event starts with gentle movement to meet your energy where it is, then slow down into floor-based stretches, before finishing with restorative yoga and a guided yoga nidra meditation (including body scan).

This practice is designed specifically to nudge your nervous system from states of anxiety, brain fog and burnout into calm, presence and connection.

Cosy up in your loungewear, light a candle and settle in for an afternoon of healing from the inside out!

PROPS

2x bed pillows (high-loft preferred or yoga bolster/s)

2x cushions (or yoga blocks)

1x large blanket

Pen and paper to jot down thoughts as they arise during or after the practice

Anything else to feel comfy! E.g. eye pillow, candle

FAQs

Where is the event?

It's an online live stream event: register for the link to participate live via Microsoft Teams. You'll receive the link to join the event in your booking confirmation email.

Is there an event replay if I miss it?

The replay video is available for 1 month after the event: you'll receive a replay link via email once it's available. Members have access ongoingly as part of their membership.

I'm bad at technology - will this stop me participating?

Microsoft Teams is a simple platform that doesn't require any extra apps or downloads. You simply click the link in the email confirmation and it will take you to the event. And if you get stuck, I'm available on 0434 914 490 up until the event starts

Do I have to put my camera and microphone on?

If you're comfortable to, I'd love to see your face at the start and end. But it's certainly not required - completely optional.

I have an injury or I'm pregnancy - can I participate?

Please consult a health care professional as needed. This class should be suitable for most people, but if you're pregnant or have a condition you're managing, please get in touch with me at info@yogawithverity.com.au and I can let you know if there's anything specific to avoid or adapt.
