Well, the year is OFF! It's been a busy time in the land of Yoga with Verity.

As part of the Nervous System Reset event last month, we explored how summer brings vibrancy and vitality to our world.

But too much of anything isn't a good thing... Anyone happy to be in Autumn? 🥵

At the event, we took a step back from relentless pushing and hustling.

We cleared space for genuine gratitude to come through with the intention statement:

“I feel a renewed sense of energy and notice what’s going right, instead of what’s missing”

We're not talking about toxic positivity and 'good vibes only here'. See more on that topic on my social post

Meanwhile, on the home front

We adopted a puppy! She's a beautiful cocker spaniel X cavoodle darling called Pompi.

So far I'm noticing my resilience to lack of sleep and an improved vigour in my youtubing skills:
